went t watch the crab flower club ytd. i think its nice. but i frgot all their names alr. except liuliu? i think...haha
was gna give alicia ride, but she called and said she was with 2 other people coming later or smth. haha, and i guessed right. it was damn obvious,i just waited. then the two other people came while i was going there and alicia was on the phone with me th whole time cause she say very awkward. haha. was telling her to be her normal, loud, talkative,spastic self.
got there.5 people share table for four. squeezed with alicia and grace. alicia was right, XXX looks super different. YYY looks the same? haha. played a prank on suzanne. told her got her bf with us, asked who's her bf? she said US.haha,so sweet.but we passed the phone t XXX.don't dare talk, pass to YYY. haha. damn hilarious. the whole thing went, HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? mainly. in the end suzanne kup the phone. and sent me and alicia msg. fr alicia it went along the lines of ALICIA I WILL FING KILL YOU. for me a bit less, JIAHUI I WILL KILL YOU. haha. SUPPPERRR hilarious. laughed and laughed and laughed. then alicia was high again. XXX and YYY started mixing coke and chilli with chocolate sundae. gross much? alicia was saying how she suddenly felt very mature. like hello, remember the ice spitting episode?
talked abit,until about 2.10 or so, then XXX and YYY left to go meet friends. we went fr crab flower. ms koh was LATEEE. for at least 20 mins. we all complained to her.
watched play.it was nice luh, but don't really get it.only 5 actresses in the play,but i was like thinking, how they memorize all those lines? 1.5 hours, WITHOUT interval leh. i will die luh. like tv actors can have the director cut after every scene and have dk how many shots luh,but play cannot. must be perfect. the story line was interesting,but i couldn't get th moral of the story. not really at least. was sitting beside ms koh. kept hearing her chuckle , phone vibrate, she type sms. haha.
after play went t take picture. then went down, where danii weixin and mel wanted to take. haha. then we saw the actresses? danii said one looks like me, at least frm afar. i'm like where got? haha.
then went t find food with grace alicia and sonia. they ate abit, then we went fr neoprints. funnn.haha.
then homed, or at least tried to, cause i couldnt find th bus. so i took 32 to commonwealth, cause i know there got at least 147. then took 147 frm there, then mum called, asked me where i was, told me i overshot, and asked me to go down NOW. so right now i was at queenstown macs there, have yet to see any area that LOOKS near my great grandma hse. then got super pissed, cause 7++ alr, damn tired. then dad called and asked THEN HOW? i was like THEN WHAT? i just go home can anot? run up and down for like an HOUR and now you're saying i overshot the stop? like i blind or STM like that, cannot recognise a place i've been to at least 50 times. i mean, two other cousins stay nearby, within walking distance,I CAN RECOGNISE TYVM. so homed, pissed like hell. on aircon, watch tv, painted art. then SLEPT.

pe was ok,chinese talked alot? recess normal.lit was okay. english okay. maths abit boring. i did horribly fr eng thanks to missing CA. damn. but lit is NICE! haha. topped class okay.. and on the paper ms koh put AS USUAL,when i scored 21/25. HAHA. my flyer,despite being incredibly dull, got 17!if only i scored better fr class test, then can scrape 80 alr.
band,tiring. sectional drills fr a bit. sweat like crazy fr some reason. didnt do much, eliz was training sec 1s,cause they like gaobudong like that. as in most of the seniors agree our sec 1s abit blur and like stone yeah? maybe cause syf they not familiar,but yeah. like fr winter of right. i wanna siao alr. didnt have score with me,then sec1s all stoning,nvr play. then i only one to play accessories. zzz. only managed abit of triangle and sleigh bells. thank goodness stephanie came to help aft her part ended,otherwise DIE. hello the score consists of at least 8 instru or so? and it's ONE score. so yeah.
i'm kinda broke this week. die alr.cannot go arcade or anything.
i'm very apprehensive about our concert thingo. abit like YAY,public performance, nice songs! yeah, totally,but it's also the about 10 songs within 3 weeks thing.
oh and me and janice totally couldnt find conductor scores today. still had to reach behind piano somemore. ms tan kept going like got cockroach and termites. bandrm got termite infestation AGAIN. at the new stands there...gross luh. and its next to the scores cupboard.
when we move to new school i wanna revamp the whole cupboard. like make it ALPHABETICAL. maybe give librairians a week or so. then all the scores in order etc. cause now like very messy. then no conductor scores. one whole set of scores is MIA. want find also diff.

alot of stuff going on today. morning tried sewing dress. not much success,but managed t complete. then music was okay. chinese okay. but got punishment fr not bringing up txtbk. recess chionged design journal like siao. cos some stuff missing and must cut and paste.but it worked out luh. almost no time fr recess. alicia kept telling me t go eat first.
presentation was good? different frm other grps,but i think it was okay luh. the dress looked nice from th front.the back was horrendous. literally.cos alot of folds and creases. looked kind tribal at first when jess put in on? we were like OMG? in th toilet. then alicia made jess put her shirt back on. in th end turned out well. people said that our stuff was well made? like th can go out kind. but jess was super hot inside pls. cos sticky and is plastic. i told people can wear those thin dress underneath, also t cover up, cos they say can see thru. told chanel grp that SEXY what... haha

perfection

i realised, that perfection is completely subjective. something, like say a pair of jeans might be "perfect" on someone and be completely crap on someone else. you may think something is perfect but others may think it is full of flaws. nothing is perfect. name one thing that is absolute and that everyone will agree with. there's no such thing. even science laws are constantly being challenged. the earth isnt perfect, the sun isnt, humans arent. only the extent of appreciation towards smt determines how perfect it is in someone's eyes. if you hate it, it sucks, if you love it, its perfect. rather ironic, no? but perfection is still something everyone wants, they want perfect grades, perfect life, perfect EVERYTHING, except it can't be achieved. it might be perfect to them, but nothing close to perfect to someone else. this subjectiveness is also the reason for conflict isnt it? some think a certain thing is good, others think it isnt. everything is subjective really. in my world, even the most used equation cannot be perfect, that's why people challenge it. and because humans arent perfect,what are the chances of them creating smt that is? just because it works and gives you a logical answer doesnt mean its the best equation to do so. yeah, i don't have the best equation either, and i live my live using these equations i just called imperfect. but does it make me wrong for saying so? no. i'm not perfect either.

a way to voice feelings

i feel like dedications.but since its 10.15 on a sunday night i won't.i need to get up early tmr to pack my bag and make smth t eat. strangely,cough medicine seems to make me more awake, so i stopped taking it.
i read one entire manga within an hour while juggling 2 others. guess how. its a 3 chapter series. 7th period is a secret.its sweet. haha,but super short.i wish the storyline could develop further.
reading the other 2 now.meine liebe and love celeb. really slow with th latter,cause it loads slowly fr some reason. less than chap 3?
meine liebe is okay.a bit fantasy-ish though. tried 2 pages or something of dear school gang leader.hate the drawing style and story seemed boring,so stopped.and the harem thing is a bit to disturbing. in the sense of a girl stuck in a school with 850 boys or smth. so pretty retarded sounding.

i want vk 53 to come out.its due next week. on the 20 something or so. hope sagakure gets it out. haha, i love her comments after every page. makes you think more about it, esp with her craze with vk and knowing just about everything that happened.

i realised no one seems to blog anymore.now its usually mel.even i'm not blogging as much. oh whatever.
chinese paper was okay. finished in half the time or so?
lit paper was tiring.the area between thumb and index freaking cramped up as i was frantically writing my last parag within the last minute or so. wanted to go crazy.might have repeated myself or smth,but the length itself looks fine.
had a class discussion about the class. like woah, seriously intense okay.i swear i thought weixin looked/sounded like she was on verge of tears.
the entire heated discussion stemmed from a certain teacher complaining to the chairperson.
like, in the whole class, except for just one person, everyone had valid reason not to go fr the hockey game. and like, its not like we hate hockey or anything, or that we didn't celebrate along with the school when we did win. believe me, when i saw on fb and msn on stc winning,i was like, HAH, stc hockey rocks man.and we're girls too.
but like, most people in class think that th sch pampers hockey to no end. when it's their finals, wah, sup shiok, one period off fr th whole school, buses provided TO and FRO the stadium, etc etc. but say performing arts? well because i am frm performing arts grp and i dont know about other ccas. performing arts, syf day itself. no one knows unless people from that particular cca tells them, or when they go missing fr the day or smth. when they achieve say , a gold, everyone's like yay,congratz.end. they don't really go like woah..XXX cca is super pro, i'm super proud of whatever hard work they put in.
if they don't do well, like fr band, people are like, yeah, ok, whatever. they don't go like hey for all the effort they put in, what they actually got doesnt matter half as much as the bonds formed, or hey, they stayed back till 8, came back on saturdays, they worked super hard, and go like jiayou or smth. they go walao, prac until like that still cannot achieve, they very suck hor.
it's stuff like this that doesnt really help keep our morals up does it? they say they support us, but once the results are out and it isnt what they want the support seems to dissapear.
niche sport. that's cool. we all know everyone in stc is proud of our hockey and floorball team. but the other ccas? no one seems to care. we don't know when tennis finals, or bowling finals, or track and field finals are. its just like performing arts. only hockey seems to count. yeah, niche sport, but does it mean the other ccas dont matter anymore? it's like everyone knows theres so and so cca, but no one cares about it until the results are announced in sch fr their recent competition. yeah thanks man. thanks fr the support. so much that there's only one bloody working snare drum in the bandroom that has a stand so short that most of our perc cant play it.
who ever said 2d has the best attitude? the best EQ? the best behaviour? because a whole ton of people think so. teachers think so the most, and keep trying to hammer it into our brains, so much that i think, sometimes,we do it just to prove you wrong. yeah we have the highest PSLE scores, yeah we are supposed to be the best of the best in the school. but hey, since when did grades equate into behaviour? if you research a bit, not all the geniuses in the world did fantastic in school. albet einstein is a great example. he was a bit loony in fact, but you cant deny that when you say his name, the first think people think about him is, genius, crazy or not.
i mean, as long as we maintain our grades, is anything affected?no. even if we don't, do we affect you in anyway? no, you can carry on with your life, taking it as just another trouble class in your teaching life. a teacher goes through so many, why is it that we seem that much worse behaved just because we supposedly are smarter? why is it that people keep comparing us to other classes? one of the things we hate the most? complaining, comparing. always saying you should be better than this, other classes are better already. well, sorry, have you had your mother nag before and you just hated it and wanted to ask her to shut up? imagine that, but with different people. maybe its because its said so much that we just comply. nagging is supposed to be for your own good isnt it? but saying oh other classes are better than you so much maybe gets it drilled into our heads so we no longer want to try, prove you right for all we care. really, for all you said, all the stuff that makes us want to scream and say shut up, that's us, its none of your business, maybe its you that made us this way.
each class is different, some classes have a clique issue, some an attitude issue, some have a noise issue, some have a grades issue, some dont have an issue. as someone who has been there, done that? instead of constantly telling us our problems, why not telling us why you think we are like that? how we can change? but really, it still might not help.
we're teens for goodness sake. don't most, if not all teens have issues? don't they want to comply with their peers? well we are a class, and we do comply with our classmates? we learn to laugh along with our classmate's antics, joke with them, have fun with them. we're sorry if its at the wrong time, the teacher isnt around and as good, fun loving teens, we don't have much of an intention to sit down, silent as a mouse and read a textbook while we hear the cricket. sorry, it doesnt happen anymore, sorry to burst your bubble. even if we do that, we probably arent reading textbooks anyway. in a good, or at least better light, you can call it class bonding, or learning to express yourself. yeah its kinda forcing it, but i do think its kinda true. if not for all th noise we make and all the talking in class, laughing, sleeping, we wouldnt be the two dee we are now would we? imagine us sitting serenely at our tables, our classmates no longer in sight, answers and questions are all model answers and questions, and say danii doesnt make a sound, like she's xiulin or something. no one's eyes glazes over even during the most boring lesson ever, no one falls asleep. wouldnt every teacher love that? yeah, i bet they would, but that wouldnt be a class ,it would be robots. cliques would exist anymore, during recess, everyone sits in REGISTER ORDER. canteen queues are two straight parallel lines. everyone is just a perfect little student who does what she is asked to. if you want that, go to some parallel universe to find it, you won't find it easily.
maybe it's just a case of excessive stereotyping and teacher just LOVING their model students after all.

trying too hard

i swear singapore tries way to hard during NDP.th stuff they put out is either fr foreigners or people who have never seen NDP celebration before. show off their army,airforce,navy, celebrities,EVERYTHING! and this is coming not even an hour since it started. like th pledge moment thing can only have 3 results that everyone knows. everyone is super patriotic and does it, or everyone scoffs at it and continues their life for the next 30 seconds until it ends and scoffs again, or some people do it, some people scoff and some people have no idea what is going on despite all the publicity. th entire celebration,IMHO, is pretty much a big waster of resources. in the sense that like the SAF people only bring out their planes and all that stuff for ndp? sure, it means that SG is at peace,but it does not strike a chord with me in most ways. in the sense that its like the whole thing is for show or smt? like SG is trying desperately to prove itself to the rest of th world. seriously, i think we make our point enough without the great big deal of bringing a couple hundred men to march and sing.sure its damn power to go on for any period of time like that but still.
one thing i like right now, is the perc.haha.but i want a drum solo.not just real pro sounding rolling. right now the rhythm doesnt sound very hard. th cymbals sound super light too! i'm not sure if its good or bad though.the drills are nice too,except i think they space their feet wierdly when marching,like in a V shape.
the what will you defend bit shows only about 5 girls. yeah thanks uh, girls cant defend much right? the world can continue without girls right? continue on until the last guy dies and there is no one left to give birth t kids and the world population dies out yeah? thanks alot man, girls mean that much. yeah i totally get it now. thats why you set aside so many girls schools isnt it?
ohkay, that just came to me.but since it sounds nice, i'll keep it there.
i just realised, singapore is one of the only countries that celebrates their national day so much is because it is small. not meant offensively.but you know the planes thing? in other countries, say malaysia, maybe only a city or two would see it, otherwise WAYY to much fuel would be wasted. and for passes to ndp itself, its like a random thing right? fr people who sign up. in countries like malaysia, with a much larger population, i think people would be screaming and rioting because so many people would never get th chance to go. unless they built a stage the size of a city. but again, a waste of resources.

band was rubbish. they torture us like siao.esp perc.super heavy stuff and expect us to be as alert as girl guides?who just have t listen to th commander? hello, we need t listen t the commander,look at them,look at whoever is marching at the moment, keep tempo, make sure we are loud enough and carry super heavy instruments!! alicia was scolded fr missing her first 2 hits once,saying that th GG not sure what t do alr then she nvr play.uh but hello,they actually listen to more than the cymbals! they continued as per normal! my bass was freaking heavy btw. prac like dunno how many times? in th end no time stay in sch do dnt.but we went tiong macs finish sewing and stuff.

pet rocketeers!

went fr pet rocket yesterday.precision was like @.@ our second shot with the rocket since its creation landed like AT the point itself.wasnt like that fr the game,but yeah.
didnt win medals,but ana and ayilisha and nasuha did.cheered alot though. were pissed about people anyhow telling us stuff. and everyone competing tgt.like primary,sec,jc. even fr precision, which had like every sch participating in it.
